I think they should have checked all the information before putting it on the web.

This is rather difficult for them since Ukraine was a part of Russia for abt 300 years. They know this from their schoolbooks and it's not easy to forget that basic knowledge.

Funny thing! They've already fixed this mistake - it's  "Ukraine near Chernobyl" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coronella_austriaca) now!
