Keep your English up to date — the title of a section at BBC web site that contains 26 recorded short talks by Professor Crystal on some of new words and expressions that have recently made it into the language.

Interesting & useful.

BBC has a wonderful "one minute news". This program is up-to-date every day and is not boring or tiring, coz lasts only ONE minute and gives you the idea of what's going on in the whole world.
