English Dictionaries on line

(1/2) > >>

SS.:
Just couple of dictionaries, perhaps the most popular:

Collins English Dictionary
&
Merriam-Webster Online

What is also important - they are free.

Critic:
One more. Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary & Idioms & Phrasal Verbs. Pity, but they are free and therefore brief versions of real dictionaries.

SS.:
Another dictionary: Urban Dictionary is the dictionary you wrote. Define your world 4,400,162 definitions written since 1999!!!
Quite a dictionary to understand modern English

SS.:
Another useful dictionary: BusinessDictionary.com. Over 20,000 terms. With pronunciation. Though I don't like those artificial voices it sometimes helps.

Greek-Eng-Rus-Ukr:

Maybe, you also know where can I find an English Language Activator?

Thank you in advance )
